Excavation and soil washing plants

Excavation and soil washing systems keep valuable raw materials that would otherwise be landfilled in the material cycle of the construction industry.

Separate contaminated soil material from clean

Contaminated soil material is separated from clean soil with basic wet-mechanical operations. At best, extractive processes are used to concentrate the pollutants and to recycle them or to dispose of them in a landfill in accordance with the law.

After several specific process stages, the gravel sand treatment with various washing units and various classifications delivers recycled building materials that meet all ecological and structural requirements and standards. In addition, process water is optimally circulated and treated. The environment is protected with sophisticated process solutions and the recovery of valuable materials is maximized. AIK's wet-chemical know-how allows us to find ecological and economical solutions even for complex contaminations (mineral oils, organic contamination, chromium 6, lead and other heavy metals). In the future, the market will demand secure and flexible disposal methods. AIK knows the legislation and strives to ensure the technologies for the treatment of soil from an environmental and economic point of view in the future.
