Expert advice
Thanks to the valuable wealth of knowledge and experience of the employees, AIK Technik AG was able to successfully establish itself in the environmentally specific sectors of waste water, exhaust gas and residue treatment plants. We have also strengthened our team with specialists in the field of pit and quarry.
Preliminary and design planning
In discussion with you, we will draw up a catalog for the planning and execution of the project goals. Also, we can show alternative solutions, which are in accordance with your requirements and the budget. In the design planning phase, we use 3D data (BIM) to create your facility. Through Building Information Modeling, buildings can be digitally planned, executed and further developed.
Planning of new and retrofit systems
In addition to the new construction of plant and process technologies, we also deal with the modernization, expansion and optimization of existing plants. For this purpose, we develop technically tailored, individual concepts for our customers.
Spare parts warehouse
We have our own spare parts warehouse. Services are therefore available and ready for use at any time. Our after-sales service with the delivery and management of spare and wear parts is an integral part of our quality management.
Maintenance work
Our fully equipped service bus enables us to act quickly and come to your facility. So that a solution can be found quickly and repaired with the right tools.
Own assembly team
With our partner company, we can guarantee you the assembly at any time. The employees are very familiar with plant construction and can carry out the desired assemblies quickly and precisely.
Augmented Reality
We handle augmented reality with a camera and a screen on the helmet, with which we create the interaction of digital and analogue environments. It allows overlays of digital objects in the real world to capture important information. In this way, people who are not on site can, for example, make a direct comparison with the BIM data on the screen.
In-house laboratory
With our laboratory we are able to carry out laboratory and operational analyses. In this way, we support our customers in trouble-shooting and operational optimization. New and improved processes and products characterized by innovation and sustainability are developed under the leadership of our environmental and process engineers with the support of the laboratory.
