In the new explanatory video from AIK Technik AG, we would like to explain in a simple way what we offer in the field of waste incineration and slag processing and explain why these measures are important.
In particular, we focus on the following procedures:
– fly ash washing
– mercury removal
– zinc recovery
– slag processing
In the new AIK Technik AG explanatory video, we would like to explain in a simple way what we offer in the field of stones and earth and explain why these measures are important.
In particular, we focus on the following procedures:
– floor washing system
– sludge treatment
– Optical sorting
Stone and earth are an essential part of our services. We offer everything from planning to execution to after-sales service. You can count on us to get the job done professionally and on time.
The soil washing plant of the TIB in Ticino, for which we were allowed to deliver the entire soil washing plant as well as the sludge treatment.
Sludge acceptance and sludge processing using the example of Peter AG in Sempach.
At RagnSells in Sweden we were able to deliver the complete, parallel fly ash washing.
At the Müve in Biel we were allowed to renew the ABA (waste water treatment).
The FLUWA process is an effective and cost-efficient process for treating residues. The application of the technology is particularly recommended for waste incineration plants. As a result of the treatment, the ash from the residues is washed with acid and thus removed.
The FLUWA by AIK® is a registered AIK process that was developed by AIK Technik AG. With our knowledge, we already had more than 25 years of experience in the construction of FLUWA systems. We would be happy to look for the right solution for you.
The advantages of mercury separation include the efficient and safe separation of mercury, but also the separation of quench water. It can run as a fully automatic operation and is very safe in terms of mercury breakthrough.
We use candle filters in various AIK processes, which we use in waste incineration plants.
The advantages of candle filters are that they can be used in various processes. It is also suitable for very acidic media and can run in a fully automatic operation with little maintenance work.
Mud is formed during road drilling and sewer cleaning, for example. This sludge can be cleaned using special processes.
The sludge acceptance and sludge processing has many advantages, on the one hand the fresh water can be saved and the process water remains in the cycle. Our process is state-of-the-art and the sludge can be used for building materials or disposed of properly.
The soil washing system is used for contaminated soil material, whereby the soil material can be freed from pollutants so that it can then be used again as building material. The material freed from pollutants can also be disposed of in cheaper landfill classes.
In optical sorting, the gravel is separated from slag, glass and bricks so that the gravel can be reused as a high-quality building material. Through our optimization of the process steps, we achieve a significantly lower reject of good material.
Wastewater treatment occurs wherever large amounts of water are required for a process and are to be used again and again in the cycle. Such as in waste incineration plants or gravel works. The waste water treatment runs in a fully automatic operation.
Phosphorus can be obtained from the ash of sewage sludge incineration with our patented process, the Leachphos. At the end you have a finished product - a fertilizer powder which can be applied directly to the fields. Phosphorus recovery will be mandatory by law in Switzerland by 2026 and throughout Europe by 2030.
The FLUREC process makes it possible to extract pure zinc from the fly ash so that it can then be sold again at a profit.
