Optical sorting

Sensor-based sorting uses different sensors to sort the material faster and more efficiently. This minimizes sorting errors.

Optical gravel sorting

The optical sorting of gravel is an important process if you want to resell the gravel as a pure, high-quality building material. The new AIK process is specialized in sorting gravel. Which offers an optimal supplement, especially for building material recycling.

The gravel is conveyed to the sorting machine by conveyor belts and conveyor chutes. Sensor sorters enable detection of the surface properties of the gravel. For example, glass, slag and bricks are separated very effectively. Small camera sensors measure the properties of the individual particles and sort them out accordingly by blowing them into the ejection as soon as the optical properties do not correspond to the set values. The sorting machine is always state-of-the-art in order to be able to provide you with the best possible results.

By optimizing the individual process sections, a significantly lower separation of good material is achieved.
